Price was cheap, so was the room. You get what you pay for. Not that clean, bed not comfortable. Gave me an uncomfortable feeling.

we (the family) had a great time at this hotel. Everything, included the swimming pool, were clean.

I was very skeptical and hesitant about staying in a motel in this area (close to state line). Some seem so shady and low quality, I've stayed in two different motels in the area and was very disappointed. Since I was trying to save a little bit of money I decided to make my first gamble and stay here at the Ambassador. But to our surprise the Ambassador was very pleasant and very clean. I have to admit the room we stayed in was just newly renovated and some of the bathroom fixtures were obviously new. We stayed the weekend of 4th of July and our motel was very quiet considering while walking to the casinos other motels along the way had lots of 'partiers' and very loud. I thought for the cost and location it was a nice surprise. The only down fall was no air conditioning. My fiancée and I will definitely stay here again.

Great place, great people, not fancy but a cheap very reasonable option. Awesome for last minute ski and boarding trips ONly issue I had with the place was that the walls are paper thin.
