as if my stay in Istanbul could have been any better. this hotel is great! the staff is wonderful and very helpful. you won't regret you stay here. you are 5 minutes away from the blue mosque, basilica cistern and hagia sofia. ten minutes away from topkapi palace. hotel was awesome.

Very friendly staff; rooms could be cleaner (very dusty); the train noises didn't bother us at all; breakfast was good, but staff will not put out more food when things like butter or eggs run out (even if breakfast is not over yet); location is very good - 5-10 minutes walk to Blue Mosque/Hagia Sofia; rooms are much smaller than what you see in the web photos; drinks in hotel bar are a bit too expensive, but there is a very inexpensive little grocery store about 30 meters away for non-alcohol stuff.
