The hotel is right next to a major transport junction for trams, S-trains and metros. One can travel to virtually any important point in Vienna conveniently from the hotel. Also, there is a supermarket within 3-5 minutes walking distance. The staff was helpful and gave us lots of tips on what to see and do - and how to go about doing these things. They also helped arrange tickets for a concert at the Palace which we thoroughly enjoyed. All in all, great value for money especially for groups of four who don't mind sharing an hotel suite.

Location is good close to the tram station but the disadvantage is that it is far from the eating houses.Breakfast is average. The staff in the restaurant is indifferent. For example when we went for early breakfast there were only two bananas to cater to the entire lot of customers. No Austrian sausages.Small apples not typical of Austrian fruit.Restaurant Manager does not seem to see the big picture and is too cost conscious.Staff at reception was good cooperative.Hotel should provide meals at least dinner since the outside restaurants are sparse.People in Europe have lost their heart and they are not friendly and this is something we found in the hotel staff as well. They do their job and thats all.We Asians are a Friendly lot and I suppose we cannot expect the Europeans to be warm hearted as we are.

The staff is very efficient and courteous. The accompanying free breakfast is also okey.

Despite being on a corner and opposite the station the double glazing was very effective and we were amazed how quiet the (large) room was. Conveniently located for all transport links (Airport , City Centre and neighbouring Countries). Recommended.
