The hotel is located a bit of a walk to the MTR and there is a lot of building work going on in the area. Don't expect a view! The rooms are very large and adequate rather than luxurious. The staff were extremely helpful. Of particular note was the very small charge for the use of a room to change in on the last day (we had a night flight)

Comfortable environment. Room is big and tidy suitable for my familyand lived 3days. We can go outside for shopping by shuttle bus within15mins.Reasonable late check out could be accepted by them. Good manner and high standard customer service.

There should be fulfilled the Malaysia culture. The receptionist is very nice to introduce us the facilities of hotel. The free chage of WIFI should be appreciated during I lived in here.

We were allowed to check in at 7am for no extra charge! Staff very helpful with maps which were clear and easy to read to access MRT (underground) . Spent about 5SD for 2 days on network. Local eateries very good. Mr Te had great drinks and food in market. DO NOT DIVE IN POOL only 1 metre deep but very clean and huge! Will stay there again.

Our stay was hassle free, convenient, easy access to public transport and taxis cruising by at all times. Finding good food was not a problem from this hotel's location. Our stay would have been perfect if the front office staff had shown more commitment to their work.
