Hotel 65 London
3 out of 5

Excellent value for money. Nothing particularly good, but really clean and very accessible. Staff very pleasant, but little contact, as this hotel is ideal for the independent traveller on a budget. I have stayed in many hotesl at double or even treble the price, where the accommodations were no better and the cleanliness not as good. If you want luxury go elsewhere, but at these prices unbeatable value.

I stayed only for a night in one of the hotels, since they offer rooms in different buildings down and accross the street. The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was recently renovated and quite spacey (unlike most hotel rooms in London - for such price). The location is pretty good, especially for shopping, since the Westfield center is 10mins away. Really close to the Shepherd's Bush Empire - so one can make their way back to the hotel really fast after a concert. The staff was a bit rude and breakfast is just a toast with sm cheese

The place is really a bunch of townhouses converted into single room hospitality services. More like student hostels. The room was tiny. No room for luggage, coats (hanger above the bed). Shower was so small had to shut off water and open the door to wash my feet. Staff was friendly and relative to London prices the cost was OK.

I checked my heavy bag at Heathrow and easily walked the ten minutes from the Hammersmith tube station to the hotel. I was bumped from my earlier flight from Paris, so arrived late at the hotel to a smelly single room, with no window to open.. But despite the "fully booked" sign on the front door, the receptionist found me a double room, which was fine other than having no closet, with the clothes rack hanging over the other half of the double bed. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Altogether, a good value for the price.

We stayed at hotel for a three nights; clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free internet access in the hallway. Rooms are small, but clean. I would recommend this hotel for young travelers, with restricted budget.

Average hotel, you get what you pay for. People very friendly and service was excellent, made to feel very welcomed. No parking so watch out for the different off road parking tariffs.

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in my life and believe me, i've had some shockers around the world. I'm English myself and only booked the hotel for a laugh for me and mate when he came up for a night on the lash but the smell in our room was overpowering (old smokers room), the bathroom made me not want to walk on the floor and everything inside the room (including the beds and the pillows) stunk of this smell. The hotel is quite clearly more interested in making money than it is in satisfying any customers. I was told i would have at least a trouser press... didn't exist. I was told it would be a 'non-smoking room'... granted, there wasn't anyone smoking in it while we were there but someone quite clearly had been at some point. The only positive i have about this 'hotel' is that the fridge worked and kept my beer cold. Oh and the daytime porn on the tv was an extra thumbs up. Not a good hotel.

Very small room. Room facing the main road, which made it very noisy. Weird smell in the corridor. Otherwise its more or less for this price level in London.

This hotel consisits of 7 houses. I had a room at the very top of one house. There was no lift and I had to climb 47 steps to get to the room. But my room was huge for a hotel in London and there was a brand new bathroom! The young man on reception was very friendly! The location was excellent. the tube station was a 10 min walk away and there was a laundromat across the road. I would definately recommend this hotel.

We prepaid for a English breakfast, what we got was leathery toast, stewed tea and 2 slices of cheese. The dining room was to small for the number of guests. Everthing was rushed and over crowded, and virtually pushed out of the dining room. Would not recommend dining there.

Didnt like the fact that we got moved down the street, bothered me when breakfast only goes till 9am and its freezing cold outside and u have to walk a few hundred metres to breakfast.. so incidentally we couldnt be bothered to go and get it. Apart from the beds having the springs digging into me all night hotel is ok for price, as london is very expensive for what u get. small bathroom but thats expected. room size not too bad for london standards, was a bit annoyed they gave us 2 single beds when we booked a double room. overall would choose somewhere else next time location was too far away and very average service

It’s a clean, but very simple hotel on the edge of a decaying neighbourhood. It’s good for a night's sleep in a weekend, bud not for a whole week. The owners are helpful and friendly. In London is everything expensive!

it takes about 25min from oxford street to get there. but it's no problem at all 'couse it's the same bus both day and night. the hotel seems to own a lot of different buildings in the same street so you could end up at another building. but they have only one breakfast room for all there guests so it's a bit crowded and you might have to que... but other than that it's totally alright for a low price hotel!!! I enjoyed my stay wery much!! cheers!!
