Hotel 31 Near The Galleria Houston Guest Reviews
The hotel was hard to find, the mechanical maintenance of most items (phone, TV, elevator, plumbing) was poor, there was an odd odor in most rooms, the noise from the highway was extremely loud late at night, and the staff was not particularly helpful or friendly.
