First time for us in New York and at this Hotel for 7 nights. It is in the Gramercy area. Has great restaurants close by and union square underground only 5 minutes away. If you like walking then you are only 30 mins away from Times Square which makes this Hotel very central. Staff are very friendly and helpfull especially James. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Basically an overpriced college dorm. Checked in, and then checked out IMMEDIATELY after seeing the accommodations - shared restrooms and rude staff. Called another hotel + booked a stay there and paid MUCH more. Never again.

Fine, if you don't mind shared bathrooms. Light switch in one bathroom was inside the shower

We didn't spend much time in the hotel but it was perfect for our trip. It's right in the middle of Wall Street/Ground Zero and Times Square/Central park. It was a great middle ground to travel between these two must-see sites. It was a clean room and a great price. We paid $200 per night for a three person hotel room. This was a far better deal than I could find anywhere else. The bathrooms were shared but very clean. I would absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone.
