Hotel 1 Maggio Milan Guest Reviews
A good value clean hotel with excellent air conditioning in the rooms. The reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. The breakfast was a standard basic continental and was fine. The restaurant appeared to be run commercially seperate to the hotel and was not good. The food choice was limited and the staff spoke little english (or other languages e.g. french, german). The food quality was poor and the reataurant room itself was very dark and hot with no air conditioning. Even the italian guests were clearly unhappy with the restaurant.

The hotel is suited for anybody who is driving, nice breakfast, nice rooms, location is a small problem but the hotel offers a shuttle service at a very fair price. Overall great value

It is a really good hotel and we were really impressed. The staff were very professional and helpful and there was always a member of staff that spoke English on duty. I would definately go there again.

The Hotel is about 20 km from Downtown Milano. The hotel itself is in very reasonable condition, with all of the necessary facilities (except pool/sauna), the rooms are large and absolutely clean, with very comfortable beds. Good for a night and the moderate price is in line with the service the Hotel offers.

The hotel staff were all very courteous and spoke English.They were an invaluable asset in directing me on where to shop, how to use the metro.
