Generally the staff were helpful except we found some members of the reception desk very unhelpful. Some facilities were not functioning due to it being right at the beginning of the holiday season.

Great location - in front of beach & close to shops, restaruants , etc. Very good value. Hotel exterior & bedrooms could do with a redecoration & updating though. Hotel walls were a bit thin as I could hear neighbouring people in their rooms. Very popular with Germans - only a few other nationalities. Had a great week & kids loved it there.

Good hotel, great area for access to beaches and countryside. walls seemed quite thin and we could here pretty quiet sounds coming from rooms either side. We had some country and western fans next door but the hotel were prompt in telling them to be quiet after we phoned down. Great value for money. Unbelievable choices for breakfast. Evening meal also very good value huge buffet for E10. Lots of nice places to eat and visit nearby. Would recommend this place.
