The receptionist is especially helpful. One of my friend lost his digital cam in bus. We don't speak Spanish very well, but the receptionist was very willing to help us and talked with the bus company. This helped us a lot. The bathroom is good. It is clean, especially the water is hot enough. That's good XD. However the bathroom is not ventilated at all as I couldn't see any ventilation system connected in our bathroom. There is wifi provided, but I think it is a bit too slow, comparing with that in HK. The location is convenient. As it is along the Gran Via and it can be easily recognised with its red appearance. It can't be overlooked even you are in Granada for the first time.

Good, cheap, clean hotel, could be noisy at times but that can happen in any hotel, great location for getting around Granada. Nice cafe next door, open early, hotel is on Bus route for Airport and Coach Station Service.

Very centrally located hostal with car parking. Comfortable rooms, very good value for money, internet most useful. Would certainly recommend it.

Right in the centre of Granada (Gran Colon) handy for everything including buses. Ther is a car park nearby for 15euros/day but space is restrictive so parking can be extremely difficult. Good cafe next door that opens early for breakfast.

Very noisy with people loud in the halls at 3:00am and 5:00am coming back from bars. Not for families for this reason.
