Location is near to beach yes, but is considered far from the centre. I think hotels near Jungceylon is much better, they are not far from beach and yet in the centre! The registration takes too long! both on check in and out! Pls expect at least 15min waiting for check out, plan your time to the airport! The breakfast is acceptable. The room is not compatible with the price! Please dont expect high. Please forget about the pool view, because the pool is super small, hence don't waste money on choosing pool view. In general, the hotel quality is not worth the price!

This hotel suited my needs very well. Just off the beach road a short walk from the restaurants and bar complexes. The room was large and well appointed but the bathroom wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. The staff were friendly and helpful and the two pools were clean and not crowded. My only real criticism is that it advertises free wi-fi, but this is only available in the open air lobby which is swarming with mosquitoes in the evening. If I wanted internet in my room, I still had to pay. Aside from this, it was still great value for money.

The hotel is not on the beach...few are You are not in view of the beach. About 125 paces to the water's edge. Rooms are functional--nothing fancy. The hotel is well-run with good staff. Patong beach is a 30 minute cab ride from the airport.

We stayed for 5 nights. It was the 2nd time we had stayed at this resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Pools and ambience were lovely. Was a little disappointed with the variety and quality of the food at the in house Wednesday night pool BBQ. Too over priced for what we payed. Rooms clean and air conditioned. Very close to all the shopping and a short stroll to the local nightlife.

The charge of bringing back a guest is totally inapportiate and is just another way for the resort to take more money from the customer. This should be ended and will be the reason that I will not be staying there again.
