Ironically, ICC Tower mirrors 2 IFC, the former big boss of Hong Kong’s dramatic skyline, across from Victoria Harbour and Central, Hong Kong Island. As the new fixture in Union Square, the massive skyscraper provides access to a wide range of landmarks and attractions. These vary from the shiny, upmarket Elements mall to Union Square’s brand new Cultural District.
