Hong Kong Hotel Guilin Guest Reviews
As I booked through an English language site I expected to be able to deal with staff about service issues but not even reception staff spoke any English. Makes it challenging.

Rooms are smelly and carpet not properly vacuumed. Door access cards always malfunction. Breakfast can only be served if a table for 10 is fully occupied. The hotel & rooms need refurbishment. Front receptionist are not efficient and service is slow. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
