All good, nothing bad. The staff was cordial. The room was all anyone can ask--comfort of home.

Really a beautiful, classy room. I had the King Suite and had everything I needed. Kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher, apt fridge with icemaker/freezer, living room has small couch, ottoman and leather chair. I don't like how the a/c cycled on and off every 3 minutes and it's a loud cycler. Hated the pillows....squishy with no support for your neck, even using 2 at a time didn't help. NO wireless internet in the room...only have wired access at the table next to the kitchen. I can't believe a place of this caliber doesn't have wireless. Not sure what the point of the desk crammed next to the bed w/a chair is for if you aren't able to connect your computer there. I was in a smoking room and always amazed at how after cleaning not a hint of smoke smell but not a hint of any smell they used to cover it up...it just smelled fresh. They have breakfast everyday but I never visited. It says in guest directory cereals, muffins, juice and coffee. I prefer to have that in my room, so I just bought my own to enjoy in my pajamas. They have a Happy Hour type thing in the evenings from 5-7ish but only Mon-Thurs and I didn't arrive until 7:30 on Thurs. It DID smell amazing. They have the menu posted in your room and it shows the food they serve and you can definitely make a meal out of it...soup, main dish, bread, veggie...but you are in Addison, restaurant row of Dallas. Hard to partake when some of the best restaurants in the entire city are within walking distance of your room. Totally enjoyed my stay and tell everyone of the great price, location and beautiful room, every change I get.

We stayed in the 1 king bed 2 double bed 2 bedroom suite. Very disappointed! Rooms were old and dirty! Can't sleep the whole night. We moved to Homewood suite Plano the next day. Same price but much cleaner. I would never stay in this hotel and never recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great place to stay, close to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly & they offered a very nice complementary breakfast. Very quite & nice large rooms - would definetly stay again!

First I will begin with the good. This hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They did not have an ice machine but had bags of ice that the guests were free to take as many as needed. We had two seperate rooms, the king suite and a double suite. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were nice. Now for the rest... 1. When we made our reservation we requested a room downstairs to accomodate my grandmother. However, upon arrival we were not given this room because some basketball teams had come and requested rooms next to one another so they honored their request and not ours. We were informed that they did see our request BEFORE the teams started arriving but basically decided NOT to honor our request because the teams wanted to be next to one another. 2. In the double suite there was a major ant problem. It took the staff about 20 minutes to locate bug spray. We thought we were going to have to purchase our own. 3. In the king suite there was a roach problem. This was a MAJOR issue for me and the first night we were there we did not sleep well AT ALL. We did inform the staff and they promptly had the maintenance staff come fumigate both rooms the next day. 4. I also did not care for having to walk around from the back of the building(which is where our rooms were located) to the front of the building after 10p.m.(the staff locked the backdoors after 10p.m. and if you need anything from the front desk you have to walk all the way around) Honestly had we not had bug problems in our rooms I would have given this hotel 4.5 stars. The bugs were just a huge turnoff for me. Upon arriving home I noticed that one of the roaches had caught a ride back with me. I called the manager to inform her of this she was very apologetic and offered to "compensate" for our troubles. I totaly appreciated this.
