I knew I was going to check in late to the hotel, so I called at 10am to make sure my arrival at 11:30pm was ok. They said since you booked online, your room is guaranteed. I'd reserved a non-smoking room. I made it to the hotel and the clerk informs me that there are no more queen non-smoking rooms available. I said, "I was told that my room was guaranteed". But she said the only thing she could offer was a smoking room or I could pay the $10 upcharge to have a king size bed. Customer service was lacking and they should have offered me the king room at no charge because my room was given away. Or they should have refunded my fee so I could go to a non-smoking hotel. Very unhappy with my stay there. They only thing good is that the rooms have a kitchen.

Staff is very courteous and always accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked, only thing that could have made it any better was a more comfortable bed
