The location of the hotel is very good, however we have to call for shuttle to get to the lobby for breakfast in the morning. Although the staff told us they didnt mind, but we still think it is inconvenient. Breakfast is simple however we appreciate the sparkling drinks served upon check in and the unlimited free snacks and soft drinks. We were ther for our honeymoon and were surprised to see there was cake and wine waiting for us in our room when we checked in. All the staff we met at the hotel are extraordinary friendly and helpful, especially Mr Zeeshan. The room is big and comfortable and the view was great. But we felt cold during shower because of the window in the shower. And the shower head is too old and I think it should be replaced.

The views are amazing, the minibar is free, and the staff is the nicest you will ever meet at a hotel. My wife is pregnant and one day we had slept in and was going to miss breakfast. They brought it to our room since she didn't make it down instead. The rooms are large and sufficient, but everything else makes up for any room shortcomings. You also get admission to the magic castle which everyone says is amazing, just remember to bring a suit and tie for guys or a cocktail dress for ladies as it is required at the castle.

the best place we ever stay in very cleen fantastic location fantasting place wonderfulll people the best place to be in los angeles good g for families good good for couples we recommend to every one we felt the place was very comfortable and service the best you can imagine if you want the place with out any problems and close to every think thys is yours place
