Holiday inn Minneapolis Arpt Se-Mall Area Eagan Guest Reviews
Upon arriving the "Crowne Plaze" sign was covered by a "Holiday Inn" sign, thus it is no longer a Crowne Plaza. The hotel was full and there was a large wedding reception underway, thus parking was difficult. Despite being a full house, it was VERY quiet in my room. I didn't hear people talking in the hall, other rooms, nor did I even hear other doors close. My room had two double beds. They were comfortable but pretty packed into the room. Overall, a very good value and it's somewhere I'd stay again.

A great place to stay. The room was clean and didn't see any problems. There was the sound of a plane taking off (or maybe landing) about every 4 to 5 minutes but it wasn't loud at all. That comes with staying at a hotel near the airport. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The best hotel experience in some time. Great access to MSP airport. Very nice room and good walleye dinner in bar. All staff helpful and courteous. Wifi access automatically without passwords and other impedimenta appreciated.

Location was convenient for the airport and Mall of America, and also close to both downtowns. Room was perfectly fine - not opulent, but certainly not dirty. Service needs some work: maid took my dirty towels, but didn't give me new ones. The shuttle bus pick-up from MSP seemed a bit slow compared with some of the other "Airport" hotels. And the front desk staff seemed clueless about HotelClub, which was not helpful! Overall, would probably stay again - not spectacular, but not horrible either.
