Good value for money. Easy access to Sofia centre via bus 260 (approx 30 minutes) from outside hotel. Staff not friendly

Our one night stay at the Holiday Village Diplomat was very good. Reception were very helpful and attentive even though we arrived very late at night ( 00:30 hours). We received upgraded accommodation of a very spacious 2 bed, 2 bath villa to sleep our party of 4 and the room rate, which included breakfast, was very competitive. There was some building work going on but this did not spoil a very relaxed and enjoyable start to our holiday in Bulgaria.
