Nice rooms. Business hotel centrally placed. Hot water was too hot, could be a problem where children in hotel.

Clean rooms. Small hotel. Good breakfast, limited range, but well made. Staff smiles and offers good service. No frills.

I am very pleased with the services rendered by the Hotel, ranging from arranging pick up from the airport and providing valuable information and assistance to move around Phnom Penh. Special thanks to Hotel staff Mr.[W...] for his assistance in making our family visit to Phnom Penh a memorable one. We will definately choose Holiday Villa Hotel Phnom Penh again if we visit Phnom Penh in future.

I had on of the corner suites with balcony. Very spacious and well decorated. Balcony large, but a bit grimy, still meant it was easy to get some fresh air. Location a bit out of the way, but transport is cheap. The Khmer fish soup in the restaurant is excellent by the way.
