For a small town like this, what better hotel can you get? At least the breakfast spread is adequate. Staff seemed a bit unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I stay there and they haven't changed a abit. And I hate their slogan. Room is ok so is the location, it's a good city hotel, not for a holiday definitely.

Too bad, the rich local culture should be capitalised more prominently in the hospitality, decor and general design of the hotel.

On the wall behind the reception desk is written : "let us pamper you". Forget it ! We had a train at 5pm and asked for late check-out : not possible unless paying (hotel far from full). We asked to continue the wireless (included in our hotelrate) until our leaving at 5pm : not possible unless paying. In the same building is a Mc Donald where you have the same WiFi for free !!! Restaurant not clean, waiters in torn and over used clothes.
