Decent enough hotel. Service at reception counter could be better. Don't expect 5 star service, facilities and cleanliness if you stay here. The price is good though. Note To HotelClub: This resort is located in Cherating, not Labuan

This is the one of the most suitable hotel for family outing. My kids kids like the most so far. Good & spacious swimming pools, besides easy accesible to local food or restaurants.

The location is excellent. The room and bathroom were clean. The service was prompt. However the bathroom door was problamatic and water speed in the shower was slow. As a whole I got value for my money.

The room was not ready when I arrive at around 2pm. When I checked in, there was a trip/electrity blackout which happened 3 times eventhough it was attended by the technician. The hotel was run down and it was not maintained. The service was also bad. When I called the reception and the duty manager's desk, the calls were left unanswered.
