The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Lizards running in and out of room, room was dirty, nothing listed on website page was available at the hotel. You almost want to sue them for false advertisement when you leave. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. First we get there and instead of two rooms we only have one and the hotel desk gives us the run a round. We finally get that taken care of. But the rooms that we are given look nothing like the rooms shown on the hotel website. Then the A/C doesnt work in one of the rooms and my family had too be moved twice in one night. The hotel clerk says that no one else is having problems, but passing other guests in the hall way, they ask us if we are ALSO being moved because of the a/c. When my family is finally in the last room of the night, we find out that the room that they are in is one shown on the website. The hotel calls these "upgraded", meaning you pay extra to get them. Then, the hot buffet breakfast was non-existent, and the continental breakfast was cold cereal or toast. The only thing we really liked about the place was the pool. Even security was bad because the security officer told us that he had every right to go into any room at the hotel at any time, even if the room is rented and people have their personal belongings in there.

is ok to stay only that personnel needs more training and customer service trainning.3 times door didnt open w/ the electronic card, is understendable but security guard was instructed to open the door w/ master key, intead send mi to the office to get another card when he should, i am a customer not a mesanger and expect some courtesy, next day they moved me to another romm, but air conditioner machine was in the floor not working, so i have to live the room for 3 hours until they fix it, "other than that everything else was good"

Good value for 2 star hotel. Nice room with free wireless internet and cable TV. Free breakfast. Friendly and helpful manager and staff members.
