the overall stay was good but one of the clerks at the desk was a real jerk it was a male ive been trying to get in touch with the maneger but cant caught him in. the overall stay was good the room could have been a lttle cleaner it had mold around the bath tube.

Housekeeping never came to our room We had to go ask for towels and took 45mins to get towels staff wasnt friendly

It was pretty bad. Our feet were black after walking on the floor, and when I tried to turn on the shower, the handle broe off.

The power in the room was horrible. if you plugged your phone in to charge all the power in the room would go out. you had to start "wiggling" everying thing that was plugged in to get it to come back on. Had to argue to get clean towels. that was fun!!!

We booked 2 double rooms at this lousy hotel for 3 nights in advanced of our trip. We paid for the whole 3 days. This is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday June 16-19, 2011. We arrived there Friday morning and the reason why we booked this for Thursday as well is that we cannot wait for the check in time of 3PM Friday.When we got there we went to the office and this very rude lady wearing dirty clothes and feisty attitude asked us what do we need. She said: "WE DO NOT HAVE ANY AVAILABLE ROOMS TODAY" We explained that we have booked for Thurday June 16 and we need the rooms ready so we may rest after our 12 hour trip from Houston. Again the rude giant lady told us that there are no rooms available until 3PM.She said that it is the standard check in time. She said she can give us the room if they arent ready. We explained again and tried to show her our confirmation letter but she wont listen.She said the rooms are still dirty and we cant let u in. When we told her that we expect the rooms should have been ready since Thursday because we have paid for it, she said you didnt show up so we gave it to someone else. What a horrible thing to say. Again we explained that we paid for Thursday until Saturnday so the rooms should have been reserved for us! She then looked at her logbook and said Oh YOU HAVE ALREADY CHECKED IN YESTERDAY. She showed us a piece of paper with our names for the 2 rooms we booked!We said, we just got here and we didnt check in!!! Who are those people who are staying in our rooms. We asked if they showed IDs and she said she was not sure since she was not there yesterday.She said very rudely, well according to this chart you checked in! It was really frustrating and we wanted to strangle her! she said oh let me try and find a room for u.she said ok, il let my staff clean the rooms for u. Now there are rooms available and it took 30 mins for her staff to go and " clean the room". IT WAS RIDICULOUS!We tried to call [...]to settle the matter but they kept telling us that they will call the hotel to verify!!!! The rude lady called me and said the rooms are ready. I wanted to check the rooms and see how awful it is based on the kind of people who works for the hostel.The carpet is dirty. You can see dust coming off it when you walk on it. The NON smoking room smells of smoke and dirty shoes. The toilet is small and dirty. The sink is yellowing and dirty. The hotel room is a mess. They said they cleaned it but it that was clean I am sure as hell i do not want to see DIRTY.We said we will not get those rooms anymore and we need our money back for all 3 nights we have paid for. She said we need to call [...]to do that. [...] PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL VIA ANY travel sites or anywhere else. [...]What an eventful way to start our vacation!
