Great location, great resturant attached, close to everything, clean room comfortable beds, only problem we had was they didnt leave enough towels for all guests staying in room...we had to ask almost everyday, but other than that it was fabulous : )))

We didn't use allof the hotels facilities but they were offered'. location was ideal but there was some traffic noise. Staff was very helpful.

Cleaniness is #1, good location near to Universal Studio. Good shuttle service. Staff are good too.

The staff when I checked in was great. However, later on in the night when I went to sleep, I started itching everywhere, which had to do, with the bed sheets not being properly cleaned. When I called down to the front desk, the person who answered the phone was rude and unaccommodating. When I informed him that I would need a new bed spread, he only sent up 1 new sheet for the entire bed. In addition when I asked if he could give us a late check out for the inconvenience of the un-cleaned sheets, he said no. The next morning I called the front desk again and talked to the manager, who not only gave me a late checkout, she also offered to give me one free night at the same hold. So all in all, the hotel is in a great location if you are visiting Universal Studios, however the cleanliness of the rooms are in question.

This hotel is so much nicer than most three star hotels, but they really need to maintain it better and staff properly. The food at the restaurant is great, but the service is so slow. The server's were doing the best they could, but they were understaffed . They charge you $12-15 per parking and yet 2 of the 3 times we went in, the gate did not work and we had to wait for an attendent. The shuttle to Universal Studios is very convenient, but the shuttle broke down while we were at the park and we had no idea. Luckily someone else callled the hotel and we shared a cab back and the hotel paid.
