One night. Adequate for my purposes. Walking distance to st. mike hospital. Very close to subway which is plus. Elevators were malfunctioning the am of check out which was bad for me on one of the upper floors. Most of staff were excellent.

reserved a king size bed, and got a very small room with 2 small beds. Not comfortable.

A friend and I needed a place to stay overnight after enjoying the nightlife. The hotel was decorated VERY nicely, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy.

Clean new rooms with remodeled baths. Very close to subway--was easy to get to convention center and arena.

We were steps from Yonge Street and the subway, which got us everywhere we wanted to go. The garage is cramped and expensive, but this hotel is in the heart of the city. Ditto for the room. Good restaurants are short walks away, or several subway stops away. Buy a day pass, at least, to get around this huge city.

2nd stay at the hotel. Standards were same a the previous visit. WiFi connection still poor but it was mainly due to the distance between the room and the lobby, however the transfer speed was still quite slow.Review by: Anonymous

Located near downtown and a local supermarket so not having a breakfast included wasn't a problem. Shame WiFi connection and transfer speeds were poor.Review by: Anonymous

The room was a bit on the small side and in need of some updating, but overall, not a bad hotel. Only 4 elevators for more than 20 floors, so be prepared to wait a few minutes at peak times.Review by: Anonymous

I stayed for 2 days there. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of the hotel. Ups: - Extremelly well located, next to the subway and close to the Yorkvile entertainment district - Amenities were exactly what I expected: The pool is simple but clean and enough for swimming some loops, the Windows breakfast restaurant provided good quality food for convenient prices - Rooms were simple and clean, properly lightened. Everything worked there - They never tried to overcharge us with extras; we just paid for the parking (which by the way was conveneint and reasonably priced) Down: - Service personnel treated us as if in a rush (both in the lobby and the breakfast restaurant). Not polite enough, nor patient enough. Just a minor note (nothing serious), since they addressed all our inquiries efficiently. - Some drunk guests on Sunday 3 AM started yelling on the alleys of our floor. Not a fault of the hotel itself, just an effect of the client base.Review by: Andres Guber

Smallish rooms, very slow busy elevators. Windows restaurant reasonable value but very limited menu. Location is superb for downtown Toronto although the walk down Yonge Street is not for those of a nervous disposition especially at night, some pretty seedy places. On arrival we found we had been allocated a smoking room however there was no problem changing it for a non-smoker. We booked an extra night and were quoted a rate of $149 which we considered to be OK for a Saturday night, when checking a small problem with the Reception staff later we were told there had been a mistake and we should have only been charged $98. We appreciated the honesty. All in all we would stay againReview by: Geoffrey Spanner

spacious and clean lobby with extremely pleasant and helpful staff - Sara in particular was outstanding going out of her way to assist and is a credit to the hotel and Canada. Room was excellent and facilities were top notch and clean. Facilities like internet cafe within the complex were accessible and very reasonably priced. Have no hesitation in staying ther again. Located in good proximity to most things around town.Review by: Stephen Sandilands

Rooms small but clean. Good location, but price of rooms reflects the star rating. Would choose a different hotel next time.Review by: Charles Satchelle
