great position unfortunately most of the staff do not speak english and especially at reception do not seem to happy or interested inn trying to help or communicate

When we mentioned we need Taxi, the hotel front door ladies can run to the main road to call for Taxi for you under the summer sun which impressed me very much, especially in China. And the Taxi called by them all charge according to the meter reading. All other staff we met are very polite & friendly. Excellent hotel with excellent people.
