Room is ok. Premier room w/ 2 dbl bed, accommodates 4 adults comfortably. Adding a crib to the room for my baby, made the room too small to move around comfortably + our luggages (3 big+3 cabin size). Buffet bfast is ok with good variety esp. for those staying a night or two but for long stay, (stayed there 4 nights) , the bfast menu kinda gets stale for me, eating the same stuffs. Room service is slow. The hairdryer in our room was not working, so had to ask the hotel staff to change it (evening) They only replaced it the following day, after I made a follow up call bec. need to use it in the morning. Good location, 5-10min. walk to SOMERSET station. Behind the hotel lots of restos / bars / 7-11. One blk to orchard road (behind the hotel). Walking distance to lots of shopping.

Wonderful hotel in a prime orchard road location, plenty of dinning options only a minutes walk from the hotel and orchard road is only 2 mins away with MRT not far past that. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and a perfect start to your day. The polite staff that greet you each time you enter and leave the hotel just adds to the experience. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time in Singapore.

Hotel is fabulous, newly renovated, very upmarket and luxurious. Amazing value for money and our rate included breakfast and internet usage. I would totally recommend for business or pleasure and would definitely stay there again next time. Easy access for taxis from motorway or city and just by Orchard Rd for shopping or subway. It has a great gym, nice swimming pool and the buffet breakfast was very good quality with freshly squeezed juices and cappachino included. Staff couldnt be more helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyable! Location was perfect for shopping and for catching the train or bus. Rooms were serviced daily - the only improvement would be to not have fixed shower screens as it was not possible for someone with arthritic joints to access the bath / shower.
