This is a nice hotel! While still not very busy, the service level was impeccable. The staff did everything I asked of them right down to the small details. The hotel operates under the same management as the Crown Plaza Hotel which is on the same block. Between the two hotels, there is a good assortment of restaurants and social activities. I will stay at the Holiday Inn again!

This is a very good place to stay well located to shopping and several parks. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good english. The breakfast buffet was excellent offering both Chinese and American selections. It would have been nicer if it had been included. I would definately recommend it and would stay there again.

An eight minute walk to the city centre. In addition to its own facilities, the hotel is almost next door to a suitable, good quality Chinese restaurant. I found the staff to be warm and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

Everything was OK, but extremely noisy coming from outside due to a big ventilation system from other building.
