It was my daughter's birthday and the travel time was 3hrs from Columbus,GA. The outside of the hotel was nice with plants and flowers. THE ROOMS ARE LESS COMFORTING, AND THE SERVICE WAS A GRIN AN BEAR IT EXPERINCE.. The bathrooms were in need of power cleaning. I felt more comfort staying in the field for a week. You know it's bad when teenagers are uncomfortable. We stayed out late so there was less time spent in the hotel. I suggest this holiday inn select spend some money on upgrades.

The room smelled bad and the up keep of the whole premises was not at good standard. The curtains need to be replaced, the lounge furnitures need to be replaced. The cook did not prepared the food accordingly to Health and Wellness, and Health and Human Services standards. The pictures on the website is very deceiving. However, the front desk representative were nice. This is one time that I wished of staying in a condo because the expectation is much better than a hotel.

It was awesome. The room was all mirror with a florescent headboard. The staff was customer friendly and the whole trip was amazing. Definitely will come back.
