Holiday Inn Select Atlanta-Airport - South Guest Reviews
We have stayed at this Holiday Inn three times now, and it is consistently a great place to stay prior to a flight out of Atlanta. Note that we booked directly with them on prior visits and find that's the best way to go because booking through a third-party does not allow a last minute cancellation, which is possible when booked directly with the hotel. Also, our room was NOT as requested, which, again, never happens when we book direct with the hotel.

Clean hotel from the door to door. Early morning flight made an early morning wakeup call. Hotel call right on time and getting to the lobby at a very early morning it was great to have hot coffee waiting. Shuttle service was right on time making our plane was easy.

I'M FROM PHILADELPHIA. I GET TO THE HOTEL AND NOTICE IN ORDER TO PARK IN THE BACK I HAVE TO USE A LIFT GATE TO GET IN. I CHECK IN TALK TO THE DESK CLERK ABOUT THE LIFT GATE AND HE TELLS ME THAT NON-GUEST WERE PARKING FOR FREE THEN GOING THE AIRPORT. NOT NOTICING THE PARKING RULES THINKING, I'M A GUEST. BY USING MY ROOM KEY CARD, THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE. BY THE TIME OF CHECKOUT, I'M CHARGE $6.00 A DAY FOR PARKING. I UNDERSTAND CHARGING FOR NON-GUEST, BUT FOR GUEST IS A LITTLE TOO MUCH. YOU WOULD THINK THAT ABOUT 70% OF THE PARKING FEES WOULD FALL ON THE GUEST. ALSO ORBITZ SHOULD LET THE PUBLIC KNOW ABOUT THIS...... PARKING, PARKING, PARKING.

Even though it was right next to the Atlanta Airport, you couldn't hear a single plane. The room was very clean and nice. The shower was fantastic -- And I can say that as I am a shower enthusiast! The staff was very helpful and patient even though it was incredibly late a tight when we arrived.
