Holiday Inn Santa Monica Beach-At The Pier Hotel Guest Reviews
This hotel is the perfect location for shopping and hitting the Santa Monica Pier. Walking distance to the thrid street promenade, Santa Monica Place and Main Street. Driving distance to Malibu, Hollywood and Venice. I enjoyed the stay but request a room on the opposite side of the hotel as Colorado Av as it is extremely noisy. If you dirve or rent a car, make sure it's small because the entrance is not easy to navigate off of Colorado and the garage is under the hotel so just be careful. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

The Holiday Inn Santa Monica is my favorite Los Angeles area hotel. It's in a perfect location for getting around the West Side. The amenities aren't over the top for a business traveler like myself. There's internet, great service, and the staff are super friendly. It's also affordable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I never write reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is perfect; the rooms are luxurious; and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It's rare that I can say: I had no complaints! Parking is pricey, but I imagine it is everywhere in Santa Monica. Great value!

It was nice but,Ive now learned always ask what the parking fee's are gonna be because it's expensive and feels like a hidden charge. I'd stay there again

Good hotel for its age. Great location but quite noisy as a concequence. Take some ear plugs or drink alot. The hotel provided pool/beach towels in our room which we used and put in the bath with all the other dirty towels to be replaced the next day. and so on every day as you do. Three after we left the hotel they charged us twice for parking and $62 for apparently stealing their towels. We rang them when we discoverded this and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. We were told after a heated argument, that they would reund our money but some 5 days later still nothing so at more time and expense to us we had to contact there customer service office to finaly get our money back.
