Everything was good except that there were some ants in the room

When I mde my reservations onlne I booked the room with double beds when I got to the hotel all they had available was one king bed. Was very upset for that.

The Holiday Inn was very nice. Room was great and had a mini refrigerator. The staff was very helpful! We toured a lot while there and it was only about 15 minutes from Old Town and 25 minutes from downtown and Seaport Village during non-rush hour traffic times. Rates were more reasonable than closer in. We will stay there again.

I picked this hotel based on other reviews for their family atmosphere. The location was great for the visit to Sea World, the pool was nice, and the room was okay. We all loved that there was a Carl's Jr. next door and they were very nice. What I was disappointed about was that I had booked a room with a double bed and got a bed and a sofa couch. My daughter said it was horrible to sleep on and when I inquired as to why I got something I didn't ask for the front desk clerk said they had overbooked the rooms and they couldn't switch me. She also told me that there was no guarantee on asking for a double bed.
