I'm not expected that kind of Holiday Inn. With that price add $5. more you can get Hilton or Hyatt in The Bay area. When I asked the Front desk How come Holiday Inn doesn't look like usually regular Holiday Inn? They said that used to be a motel................convert it become Holiday inn. Im just wondering if it happen like that we we're dispointed,can we changes another hotel?????

Not enough light in the building. There was no microwave and no complimentary breakfast. We stayed for a week and these amenities would have been very helpful. Would like to stay there again, but will probably lookl for a place with microwave and complimentary breakfast. Nothing was done to make Thanksgiving special for their guests. Also, no coffee in the lobby.

We were in the San Diego area for a mini vacation. Zoo and the beach. The room was nice and clean and people were friendly!!. The only negative I would say was the room was not ready when we got there. It was alright though we grabbed a bite to eat and went back!!

location wise, nice. But very noisy. Kids running around at 11 pm. We had to notify front desk. You can also hear foot steps from upper level. Walls are not sound proof.

We stay at this hotel several (3-4) times a year. We've stayed at almost every hotel in Hotel Circle in the last 20 years and once we traveled a little farther out we found a jewel! The staff is always great, personable and ready to accomodate. Rooms are clean. Beds are clean & so comfortable you fall alseep fast. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is close to great restaurants and not far from all of the touristy hot spots. We are hopefully coming back mid July. REALLY looking forward to checking in!!!!!
