We were woken on the first night at 01.10 to the fire alarm - we were all evacuated, the alarm turned out to be false, but there was no communication between guests and staff. Whilst having a meal in the bar, my husband found a hair in his food, the bar manager replaced the meal and gave a refund but the service was still not very good. We also had to wait for drinks. There appeared to be multi national staff who did not always understand what you were after. For example, it took 3 attempts to get coffee in the morning at breakfast, then we were told breakfast wasnot included in our stay - even though I had checked this with reception on our arrival, who assured us it was. I felt very embarrassed about this. The rooms were clean and tidy and they did give me a toothbrush because I forgot mine!
