Unpleasant reception at chech-in. The trainee staff had not probably been taught manners yet. The staff in the toilet quite poor and one day they even forgot to refill it. Facilities a bit oldish, not what you would expect at a Holiday Inn. The swimming pool is big and has a lovely view of palm trees and the sea. The location is good to enjoy the sea, but it is far away from the two towns of Cha Am and Hua Hin. If you drive your own car though you can reach easily both. Queues for a table at breakfast and at check-out were probably due to the high season period.

Found the place a excellent resort but a little far away from town but the shuttle service is very good. It seemed very quiet so if it's a wind down holiday then this is the place to be.

Nice hotel! I was in a wheelchair and experienced an extremely helpful staff. Spacious room and balcony. Internet rates does not reflect the century we are living in.

We were very pleased with nearly everything about the resort. The room was not anything special, but it was very clean and quite adequate. We realize that most people don''t spend much time in the room while on vacation. We wish we had opted for a beach-view room instead of the least expensive advertized room. We have already recommended the resort to some of our friends, and will continue to do so. We hope to return to the resort again this year.
