The hotel was good as advertised. So we were satisfied, it is a 3 star. The late check out was a nice plus 2:00pm . TIP: Make sure to bring your own beach towels, the hotel doesn't allow pool towels used for the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were on the bottom level so we didn't have an ocean view but we were about 20 feet from the stairs taking us to the beach. Very easy to run back to the room to get snacks or drinks. Nice chair service on beach. Lobby had a "redbox" type rental service which they gave us a card for, so we watched a movie nightly. Not far from restaraunts and beautiful drive to get to Destin. Overall, we would certainly stay their again.

The hotel is right on the (very nice) beach. We had a gulf view room and the view was fantastic. Room itself was good enough for the price. We also enjoyed the free DVD rentals. It was off season so it was nice and quiet.

Great room with a great view. We arrived early (around noon). We did not expect to be able to check in early, but our room was ready! The service was excellent. The room was very clean. We were stocked with plenty of towels each day. The AC was perfect. It was a great part of a much needed vacation.

This was a quick last minute getaway. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. It is convenient to great dining options. Room was average. Comparable to same older beach front hotels. Our air conditioner went out after lightning/powersurge but was replaced immediately. We received 2 free breakfast buffets for the trouble. Staff was friendly. Check in was 30 mimutes delayed due to rooms not being cleaned in time. We received 2 free drinks for the delay.
