Hotel guests, are not helpful in assisting the guests for luggages, especially upon arrival. It was not a busy day when we arrived all luggage boys and conceirge personnel were just standing.. Not minding to help you at least carry the load. Oh well, they are fast upon checking out... Must given them the idea of receiving gratuity (tips) if the guest is leaving or checking out. Food not so good either. Price is very much on the high side.. But the amenities, the pool and pool staff are good.

The room is clean but I had a hard time with the bathroom door. Food is great and staff are nice.

The room I found to be small and with no bath tub. I like to have a tub to take a bath and relax. The variety in the food on the buffet from day to day was excellent. Especially for a buffet and I usually don''t eat buffet food but this was exceptional.

Staff was very nice, and the Hotel was very clean. The only negative was the internet service was charged to the room, and the opening times for the internet service was not on time. Other than that a perfect visit. Great value for the money, and room service very good.

The hotel was quite good, especially for the money. The staff were the true gems of the place, being both helpful and friendly. Many times they would go out of their way to help us. The location of the hotel is something of a problem; being located in the old Clark Field Air Force base made it quite a drive even to Angeles City. The tap water and ice provided in the hotel were both quite safe, though I would stay away from sashimi at the Zen Japanese restaurant (I don''t think they keep it cold).
