Great for family with kids, nice pool, playground, food and kid's club. Will go back again although been there many times.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite at Holiday Inn Resort Batam for a short stay over the National Day holidays. Room set up was good, with balcony looking out to the swimming pool. Kids enjoyed spending time at the Sports lounge. There were many games they could play - wii, xbox, darts, internet, chess, checkers... Overall, a good experience : )
