Holiday Inn Portland Gresham Hotel Guest Reviews
Very nice room, clean and without the disinfectant smell common to some hotels. The bed was comfortable and quality of the pillows far exceeded what we have experienced on the road lately. The clerk was of little help with directions and had no suggestions for dining out. The in-house restuarant's menu was very limited. Despite the hotel's claim of a disount, the price was nothing special for this level of hotel leading to our "average" rating for value. Overall a nice stay.

Smooth check in, [...] was friendly and efficent. The room was really nice, great bed,size of the room and we really loved the showerhead in the bathroom.

What was missing was a microwave and refrigerator. Those seem like necessities in a room. Room was quite comfortable otherwise. Staff was very nice and helpful.
