The room cleaner messed up my luggage and took my new shoes. Thieves are everywhere, and its probably my fault I forgot to lock my luggage. But what bothers me is that the hotel can't do anything about it even though they know exactly who has been cleaning my room.

This hotel has an amazing location and is within walking distance to most NYC attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly. Next time I visit NYC I will be sure to stay here again.

Clean and good value with free wifi, one block little too far West of Time Square and feels on outskirts, but hotel is close enough to Central Park and Whole Foods which is at Time Warner building, only 3 blocks away and good place to eat.

A friend and I went to NYC to see a show. I chose this hotel because of it's relatively affordable price during the holiday season of hotel price gouging. The price was better than most and I was pleasantly surprised to find how really nice it was. The rooms are being updated, which is needed. Of several similar type hotels I have stayed in in New York, this was the nicest overall. The one drawback is its distance from the center of town. Great for a visit near Central Park, though!
