We went to New Orleans with another family, so eight of us total. Adults and children alike were thrilled with the location of this hotel, as well as the friendly staff (they were amazing!) The hotel is in the perfect location, all attractions are easily walked to, plenty of GREAT places to eat! and a very quick walk to the SUPERDOME! It was a wonderful experience, when I go back I will for sure stay at this hotel.

The room was great and very clean. The staff were very helpful with local information. Also, the hotel offered free shuttle to great attractions in New Orleans.

The hotel was in a pretty decent area, the hotel has a bus service that will take you down to the quarters. The parking was a little expensive but hey $25 for in and out parking it's worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Superdome. The hotel wasn't as close to the French Quarter, restaurants, etc. as I believed it would be. (The distance is about eight blocks.) I was disappointed at first, but then I appreciated the fact that this hotel sets apart from the hub-bub of New Orleans. We were able to escape. The pool area was lovely. The hotel was superclean, and the staff -- from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff -- was EXCELLENT! They were all friendly and helpful. We plan to stay at this hotel on all of our return visits!

Room was nice, bed was really comfortable and service was friendly and prompt. Parking is $23/dy (ouch!) but it is covered and secure. Only a 6 block walk to Canal street and the trolleys. Pool area is VERY nice! Only bad thing, the "free shuttle" they advertise only runs from 7-10 on the hour, a very brief window in a city that has so much to offer!
