My room was kind of cold and the heater wasn't working much but when it did work, it was kind of loud.. And my bathroom sink was too close to the door way but the bed was comfortable for the most part.. It just was very different from what I saw online.

The location is excellent! The staff are wonderful and my room was as clean and comfortable as I would hope for. the bed was especially comfortable. I must disagree with the naysayers on here. The rooms are NOT that small...maybe I lucked out? This is New York City after all and I have stayed in MUCH smaller rooms! The elevator was no slower than any average elevator, there are only two. The staff were not the least bit rude that I dealt with. Again, maybe I lucked out? The question in my mind is were you rude to them first? Overall I WILL stay here again...no doubt.

I enjoyed staying at the Holiday inn, it's clean, the beds are comfortable, there is free WiFi, great service and receptionists were very nice.

Good Staff and room very clean. Just air conditioner is loud when heating at night.

A pleasant surprise for a hotel in New York at an affordable rate. Clean, newly refurbished rooms. Perfect for somebody who spends the day sightseeing or on business. One drawback, two elevators for 20+ floors.
