Holiday Inn Metairie New Orleans Airport Hotel Guest Reviews
The hotel was satisfactory, but I was very disappointed in the shuttle service for an "airport" hotel. Upon my arrival, I called the hotel and was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait for the shuttle. Departing shuttle service is only every hour on the hour, so my 6am flight meant I needed to be downstairs in the lobby at 3:50. Every half hour, especially in the mornings, would be more efficient. The staff was helpful and the hotel restaurant was very reasonably priced.

The hotel was perfect! I reserved a suite and it was plenty of room for myself and 4 friiends. The room was very clean. The location was perfect, not too far from shopping and FOOD!!!

The staff were incredibly wonderful! The clerk enrolled me in the Priority Club at check-in, allowing me to save money when feeding my children in the hotel restaurant. Check in and check out was very speedy. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come again.
