Staff was very helpful. Excellent location. You can take the Skybus from the airport (walk 3 minutes through the parking lot at the airport), it cost $26 round trip to the city, really good deal since the taxi costs about $50-55. Clean, great staff, coffee and tea in room with fridge that had milk...didn't have to leave the room in the morning and didn't have to call room service for my first cup of coffee. Asked for more milk and within minutes there was a knock at my door! I would definitely return to this hotel.

Arriving in froman overseas flight at 2.30 a.m. the staff could not have been morehelpful andconsiderate - and the bed was just how I needed it.

Excellent location being right at the Airport, easy to get too. Rooms were spacious and clean and service excellent. Highly recommend.

Stayed over 1 night enroute to catch early flight out of Melbourne and would certainly stay again as is far better than the 'other' larger establishement that is closer to the terminal.
