even though we were only there for one evening we found the hotel excellent and suited our needs very well. The reception staff are, I must say, the most polite, efficient and friendliest I have come across in a long while - well done Holiday Inn

I thought the parking should have been included after paying £100+ for one nights stay. The choice of meals on the room service menu was disappointing.
