good and clean hotel, shuttle to the Brent Cross tube is very usefull.

With the shuttle to & from Underground ; it makes it quite convenient .

Your internet is ridiculously overpriced. Obscene. Internet and email and laptops are now standard business tools. Serious hotels make wireless connections free. We all know how much it costs to buy and maintain a commercial grade wireless network, and we know that your charges for it at £15.00 a day are simply shamelss. The charge should be zero, free, included at no extra charge. There is also no business centre with convenient tables. Business discussion is pushed into the bar with coffee tables. Not suitable for a hotel of your location and price.
