Excellent stay at the hotel, unfortunately it rained a lot. Food (breakfast very good) it has improved since our last stay. management, b ar staff and cleaning staff very friendly and provided an excellent service. Reception staff seemed too busy to offer a warm welcome to guests, this is my only negative observation of the stay.

My wife and I found the Holiday Inn Lincoln ,among the best I have stayed in,we have almost always stayed in a Best Western,but I will ,if possible book into a Holiday Inn in the future. we found your staff very helpful and the rooms we chose (a double/twin)were both large and very comfortable. We stayed bed and Breakfast and the service and the Food were all we could have asked for. So thanks to all at Lincoln and as my son and family live in Nettleham I am sure we shall stay with you again
