Holiday Inn Lille - Ouest Englos Guest Reviews
The hotel was reasonable for the price and facilities. You will need a car or taxi to get to Lille from this hotel. The staff at reception were friendly, polite and helpful and spoke basic English. All other staff including the restaurant spoke little or no English. This didn't hinder ordering meals or beverages, and we had no troubles. Our sleep was interrupted throughout the night by 20 school students having an overnight conference there, though second night when they left was fine. Hotel is organised into two floors, with rooms spread along VERY long hallways. Slightly below the usual par of a Novotel due to tired entrance and rooms. Restaurant was the newest part. Will stay again.
