Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista Downtown Guest Reviews
Room's very clean and comfortable and amendities are new. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We arrived around midnight and received their warm welcome immediately. Hotel is very close to epcot and there are free shuttles to all the disney parks. I actually did not expect too much based on its price, but our actual experience is quite a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend to my friends and will expect to stay here again in the future!

We stayed here to visit the Cirque du Soleil at Downtown Disney. The hotel location was perfect - just a short walk to the venue and all that the Disney marketplace has to offer.

Great hotel, close to Downtown Disney and free shuttle to other parks. Room was great , staff was great, food was great. Our son and his wife stayed at Hilton next store and our hotel was much nicer.Our room looked like it was new with a great view. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

Room was always cold - heater did not work properly. Sleep was disturbed by the constant roar of traffic from the highway alongside the hotel. Was overcharged one night extra for parking fee. Had a pizza in the restaurant which was unappetizing. Breakfast short order chef was very good. Water in room was not hot - only warm one morning. Electrical service went out during one night for some 3 hours so the alarm clock never functioned. I received no compensation for my assessment at checkout.

This hotel was perfect...great location, beautiful pool, immaculate/modern rooms and bathrooms, friendly and accomodating staff...breakfast downstairs was delicious...great value! Will stay there again next trip to Disney for sure!
