Upon checking in we asked for the location of the elevator. There was no elevator, therefore we had to make 4 trips up the sttairs. You could not hold on the handrail because of wet paint. I had ask for a lst floor because of my ankle and I was told there was no 1st floor rooms and that was not in the blook of orbitz's rooms. Some other items: The RATE (Orbitz $99.00) was higher than Holiday Inn $94.95 or with our AAA $89.26. My daughter booked 3 rooms. The toilet was loud but not fully flushing. It had to be flushed several times. I ask at the desk for 2 face towels. He gave me 1 and stated that they were out. The next morning the head of household only Knocked and entered without id herself before we could get to the door. No bath mat. I put a towel on the floor. The next day we did get a mat There was a locked door leading into the lobby from 11 to 6. You had to call first or walk out side and enter thru the main door, which could be a security issue. At 99 per night , no free breakfast

The staff was amazingly nice and friendly and helpful which made it seem better even tho it was in fact, overall just your average Holiday Inn.

Not all the reviews were very pleasing so I was somewhat concerned;however, upon arrival I noticed 6-8 security cameras, so I felt very safe. The rooms/beds were fine and the pool/spa was clean & enjoyable.
